Additionally, the Surface Laptop 5 runs at 26% higher speed compared to its predecessor Surface Laptop 5. Furthermore, the keyboard has been redesigned to improve comfort features, and the haptic touchpad provides tactile feedback to users. On top of that, Microsoft also incorporated environmental sustainability by utilizing magnets constructed with 100% recycled rare earth metals.
